Called this company for advice as they are professionals and because my MA tutor had requested a prototype of promotional packaging for my concept luxury business, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, interrupted me several times whilst I was trying to explain and spoke to me in a condescending tone as if I didn't know how to spell or what I was talking about. Updated: Sorry but respectfully I know which company I had rung and it was 100% this one. Really disappointed that you turned to lie and state I contacted another company when I hadnt, you could have just apologised.

ok. I rarely write reviews as I think they're no good. But these guys actually helped me out of a tight spot with my good pouches. Firstly - they print full colour on brown KRAFT! No way have I seen that anywhere. Secondly I only needed to purchase 5000 (which they stored some for me as I use about 1200 a month)! They even have the lowest pouch tooling costs. Further to that, once they printed it, they got it to my DOOR in seven working days! So I just needed about one month to readjust and now I print on my kraft pouches! Now, this is HUGE for me as now I don't need to - Buy stickers for the back and front - spend FIVE hours of my time sticking them on at weekends! - it looks much better so I charge more to the shops! I even got a higher shelf position on one of my retailers as they look so cool! Thanks boxsmart and your pouch division! I'll reorder in May for sure and also I get 1000 pouches extra as I recommended a fellow retailer Take care and thank you for helping my time and my business.
