paid almost 700 for service and picked up friday night and paid 400 more to re schedule when i called them monday morning at 7 am because sat and sunday closed. again paid almost 500 for another service now they need 275 extra. what kind of policy they have and never call the receiver before they deliver. they are not fedex or ups

Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody! They will not work with you and they will not help you anything and will find ways to charge you more money for issues that are their carrier's fault . Prices are decent but customer service it's horrible, especially the President (name is Joel) he was very nasty and disrespectful to our staff. He held our merchandise and made us pay for services weren't even done correctly. Wouldn't trust them in any way with any of our shipments!
