Hi Dr. Wittle, Thank you for taking my call today. As the business founder and owner, I'm frankly embarrassed by the chain of incompetent mishaps with your order. This is not how we operate... in fact, everything I've learned about how we handled your order is the direct opposite of our brand mission. While I'm glad that in the end we produced shirts that met your quality expectations, you should have not had to endure such a frustrating experience. Horrible Company! Dont waste your time and money! First off, I rarely take the time to give a review unless a company is as bad as this one. The number of times they screwed up on my one order was exceptional not to mention how pathetic their customer service is. My experience: Took in 8 quality shirts of different styles to have a Logo put on for an international conference. They assured me getting them done in a month was no problem. From the start, they over charged me but did acknowledge that immediately. I even left it as a credit as I expected to do much more business with them in the future. 2 weeks later I got the proofs and immediately accepted them... all was going fine. 1 week before the trip I go to pick up my order. Every single item was incorrectly done and not what the proof showed. How on earth the person who produced them thought they were ok is unreal. The logo literally sat under one of the collared polos at the collar bone. 2 items I managed to salvage by adding text under the logo to balance it out. No time to get what I wanted for the trip unless I had tried to use their in-house overpriced shirts. Once I returned I purchased 6 new shirts they of course were obligated to redo them. They never even apologized for the fact I was out $150+ for the ones they ruined with no recourse. This time we put tape where the logo should be and was assured it would be done quickly. 1.5 weeks later I get an email the shirts are done. I drive to get them only to find out they never even did them yet?! This time they assured me they would get them that day which they did. I reasonably asked after a wasted trip they should deliver them to a location convenient for me only 3 miles away. I was told it would take them 2 days before someone could do that?! So, I wasted yet more time to go retrieve them again. Still no apology for being out the money on the ruined shirts. With many extra trips, wasted time, wasted money and horrible customer service, I could never recommend anyone use this company for anything of quality. UPDATE: After my poor review which was warranted, the owner of the company did contact me directly. He was very apologetic and even reimbursed the money I lost on the ruined shirts. So I must at least acknowledge his attempt after the fact. The problem in my case was still a breakdown of many people at the company but I am sure there have been some heated meetings that this is not most customers experience.

We are very disappointed that this customer chose to distort the truth, and is attempting to tarnish our business' reputation. For the benefit of anyone reading this, here are the actual facts below, which we are able to support in writing, via email correspondence: Fact: DeJa waited several weeks before paying the balance due for her order to continue, but is now blaming us for the delay. Fact: The balance due was listed on her design mockups, which she approved. We even sent an email reminder stating "just a friendly reminder that there is a small balance due of $655.50 so that your order can continue into production." Fact: DeJa did not remit the payment until 3 weeks later. Fact: At no point did we say that her order will take 120 days from approval and final payment. That statement is completely false. Her estimate completion timeframe remains the same as is printed on the proofs she approved: an estimated 30+ business days from the date of approval and final payment. We have the paper trail of emails to support the above facts. We always admit fault whenever we are wrong, but that is not the case here. We were going to expedite DeJa's order, as a courtesy, but now we have no inclination to do such a favor for her, since she has already chosen to leave us a negative review, due to no fault on our part. We sincerely hope that the other young ladies who entrusted DeJa to handle this order for their group will read this full review and reply. Any of them are welcome to review the email communication regarding this order, so that they are fully aware of the truth. Update: We notified DeJa on May 13th (6 weeks ago) that her items are ready, and as of June 29th she still has yet to pick them up.

Slow and entitled service - Ive used Zeus Closet in the past for small projects and had no problems but with my current large order the service has been disappointing and extremely slow. I dropped off an order in late December and it still hasnt been complete. On January 14th I sent proof changes that needed to be made, and they didnt respond until February 25th. They simply blamed them not responding to my change requests on them missing it or it going into spam and did not apologize for their error. Their business runs almost entirely on internet communication at this time due to covid - which I completely understand, but if this is the case, I would hope youre ensuring to respond to and view all customer communications. When we discussed this issue, they came across very entitled, as though its my problem. In addition, the production speed that I choose was 30+ business days, but after questioning about the status of the order and the delay of proof changes, they quoted me 120+ business days of production time. I asked if I could just receive a full refund at this point and come to pick up the jackets and they refused saying that production had started. If production had started then why would it take an additional 3+ months for it to be complete? At this point, they have all of my money and refuse to offer any concessions for their errors or a refund for no service. I do not recommend them for large group orders, at least during covid. Unfortunately the owner is trying to spin this again. The balance has been paid in FULL and I still have no jackets. The final payment was not requested until after the company was delayed over a month in finalizing the proof on 2/25 and the balance was paid on March 18th. This is when the time for when the jackets would be ready changed to a 120 day estimate from 30 days. Due to this extensive time that I was quoted, this is when I asked for the refund. There was NO issue with paying you all originally. I paid $600+ when dropping the jackets off originally trusting that this would be a seamless and easy process. So please do not say so when you have ALL of our money and we have nothing to show but your lack of accountability. Your treatment of threatening me, a fully paid customer is DISGUSTING and at this point I sincerely hope everyone sees your response and this entire review.
