Never, Ever, Ever use this company for ANYTHING! I Have an auto and truck repair company, been in business for over 25 years and NEVER experienced service this BAD! Very unprofessional ordered parts on Tuesday was told by MJ the parts manager that the parts were in stock. Told my customer that we would have him on the road by Thursday. Thursday comes MJ forgot to place the order, so what does he do? He back pedals and try's to blame everyone but himself, then says his delivery truck wont ever come up this way. If I want the parts I need to come and get them, and hangs up on me. So now my customer doesn't have a truck for his customer, which makes his customer mad at him, and my customer mad at me. Thanks MJ cant believe you are in a management roll!!!!! Brett and Barrie Mars you lost a $500.00 parts order over poor management, you may want to reevaluate MJs' roll with the company. Also this company I just picked up, has two Isuzu NPR's and three NPR-HD's. R&R Mack will be getting my future business.

It's a great place to work. We are all a big family. It doesn't matter if you are a Lot Attendant or you are the General Manager, the owner treats everyone with respect. I have never had that happen at another job. We all work together everyday to make sure we give our customers the best all around experience. If you are looking to buy a new truck, need to pick up parts or if your truck is in need of service, come to Allegheny Ford-Isuzu Trucks Pittsburgh's only Ford and Isuzu Truck dealer.

Went there to buy a truck and spoke to 2 different people. I was told by the one that he would call me back. Its been 3 days and still no call back, even after I called a few more times. This is the worst dealership that we have ever come across. If youre looking for a truck, shop elsewhere. Youll be glad you did.!
