They must recycle their employees first which they talk to people very rude and impolite, we reach out to them for buying materials and the guy was this much impolite that I really disappointed from them. Garbage manner, for god sake learn some manner, with your speak you spoil the society

Their website was a little vague, specially when compared to some of the reviews. The website shows that CRT (tube) TV's are $50, which they were, but mentions nothing in regards to flat screen TV's other than LCD monitors are free. A number of reviews I read said that the cost was per pound, which I could not find anywhere on the website and was not mentioned when I dropped off. I payed $50 per TV whether it was CRT or LCD flat screen. Aside from the lack of clarity on pricing, the service was much needed, helpful and the staff was friendly and helped unload everything that I had and made it a quick and easy transaction.
