Start up businesses with little or no revenue aren't marketable to buyers. While I answered my phone and explained this, it may not have been what one wanted to hear. We must have integrity with our actions and my stating that the business could not qualify to sell was direct and honest. Much more honest than a negative review online for nothing more than a direct approach when discussing value in today's market considering an undeveloped company in its beginning stages. Though perhaps not what was desired to hear, it leaves little or no room for justification of slandering a business prematurely online for spite, vengeance, or a lack of character. We must all hold ourselves accountable for vile and unregulated comments online when destroying reputations. In this case, I informed someone what they had was of no marketable value, in return I receive an even less value remark about my company of which serves daily those customers who do have value in their business, and that are marketable to buyers looking for opportunity in becoming self employed.

I would not use this organization or deal with Chad Peterson. He puts his signs up on intersections then disregards you and acts put out when you call him asking for information. There was no professionalism or optimism in his interactions.
