90 degrees outside spent $500 on a room for one night and half the park is still closed. Entire outside area closed. Youd think they could afford lifeguards w the number of ppl indoors. Rude management to top it off

The Great Wolf Lodge is absolutely amazing! I have a two-year-old and a 10-year-old and there is something for all of us. The customer service was outstanding! The activities were fantastic! We will for sure be back but plan on staying for a longer period of time next time. Colorado Springs has so many food choices as well whether it be on site or right close to the hotel so it was perfect for everyone to get what they wanted.

Its huge but its NOT as exciting as I expected. I wont come no more. Extremely expensive and Yu barely get anything with packages might as well pay for what you want as you go. The room Im in is okay but bathroom is in poor condition. For this place to be on a class scale from the looks and its attractions I look at the small things. Once I entered room it DIDNT feel comfy and relaxing Im ready to go home. I will post pics. Hotels are way more high class. I have pics but cant post them. I will some how tho. The wall heating and cooling system is PATHETIC. They stuck another thermo on it and connected it but you cant turn heat on only air. NOblankets they have 1 prison blanket in this room and its 3 beds. The bathroom and air and heating system is what makes this horrible for me. There are nets in room from sink being clogged in both sinks and the air and heating system wasnt working correctly.
