If I could give less than 1 star I would. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They guaranteed a delivery date that they couldn't meet because production was behind and didn't have the common courtesy to call or email to let me know that the order would be late. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not recommend.
I've been working with Queenburro for about 3 months. First ordering some sample hats with our logo and then placing the order for 65 hats. I've had to babysit them ever step of the way. Every step in the process was incorrect. 1. In the sample phase -- they messed up on the logo colors. 2. Then on the final order they messed up on the logo colors and created colors that were no way close to what I ordered. I ordered a logo that is blue and white and they added black, red and yellow. The artist was being very created that day. 3. I ordered my samples with a different credit card. They took my new credit card -- only to charge the old one. 4. After working with them for 2 months on the order and I go to place my final order - they tell me that they do not carry that hat anymore. Then after consulting with a manager - they determine that it is just back ordered. Just frustrating. 5. Lastly, Every time I ordered these the prices changed. From the 2 times I ordered the samples to the final order. I had to ask them to go back and read the notes to get the correct price. The prices increased $2 to $8 more. Thankfully every time I worked with them I asked them to document the price. I did end up with the best price. Queensburro is the best price I've seen. They do great work as well, but my experiences is that if you do not stay on top of the order daily, you will be charge a different higher price than agreed upon and the artwork will not be as agreed upon.

Wow... the customer service here is unparalleled. I ordered $75 worth of shirts. They arrived and were too big. My fault considering I ordered a size too large... I sent an e-mail letting them know. They immediately put my order in queue for a size smaller and got them sent out ASAP for me.... for FREE. I did not expect this. Thank you Queensboro for your amazing customer service and well made custom shirts.

Easy to order and set up the artwork and fairly quick shipping and production. Over half of the hats that we ordered ended up with crooked or off-centered logos though. It's not really bad and most people probably wouldn't notice it. Our company does precision manufacturing though, so a slightly off hat isn't a great representation for us.
