Horrible customer service! I placed my order in April and 3 weeks later was told it got lost in the mail. I got a called saying they were going to send me a new banner and refund me and make it right and that didn't happen. I got my refund 2 weeks later when I send an email asking what was going on and never got a respond just an email confirming they refund me. So disappointing that this banner was for my Senior son and I was so hopeful they were going to send it and never did. So my son never got the graduation banner I had planned for his special day. I would not recommend this to anyone and will be letting our friends and family know not to count on this company. The only reason I gave it one star was because I got my money back!

Horrible customer service. They said my product would be arriving in time. They then emailed me that it was printed and asked for my shipping address. I responded and asked for my invoice and they stopped responding. They then sent me a message after I called multiple times on multiple days that my order was mixed up with someone elses and that they would no longer fulfill my order.
This is by far the best printing company Ive ever used. They are absolutely responsive and the quality of their materials is amazing. I was so super happy recently when I placed an order for my graduate. They got the order out in literally 2 days and was at my house in 2. I have read a few reviews that say otherwise, which is absolutely crazy. Ive used this company so many times. They are consistently amazing!
I am so sorry to hear this. Due to Covid-19 our distributors were delayed of Materials. We offered you a banner in its place. You accepted this substitution. We even discounted it 50 % as a result of being out of the material due to Covid-19. We did this for your child other than letting her down. We never listed a things we would give you for free.. We are a business. But in the spirit of the fact that at the time people were being delayed by viruses, loss of jobs etc. We attempted to do a good deed for your child's birthday, on a weekend where no one else was open... As they say no good deed goes unpunished. We would post the entire email correspondence with you which shows a completely different story, but there would be no point. Cheers.

Horrible customer service. I posted a sample of a yard sign on a local page and they said they could do it and cheaper than the competition. GREAT! I reached out and provided what I was wanting. Then, nothing. The day before, I emailed and emailed and got no response. I reached back out to the person that replied to my online inquiry and asked for an update. It was at that time, almost 8pm the night before needed the signs, that they said they could NOT provide. They offer something else in its place. Fine. I agreed, since they offered a discount and it was too late to go to the competition and get what I actually wanted. From the first email, they knew the date and time I needed the sign. I was never told that they wouldn't set up, yet that is what was originally told to me. Then it was delivered late. When I emailed back with my concerns, they didn't offer an apology, they gave me a list of what they gave me for free. Mind you, none if that was ever disclosed upfront. The banner is good quality, but the design is very basic and still not what I wanted.
