I'm a watch collector with a few high end pieces and have never been treated more rudely. Once they stop carrying a brand good luck getting any semblance of service for it (Tag, Longines, etc). They outright lied about the volume of Rolex models coming in and out of the store blaming the AD list. Insisted that any inspection or modification of a watch (including band sizing and validation of authenticity) would be a full service charge of several hundred dollars when other ADs do it as a complimentary service. Just avoid overall and go to the Tourneau in pentagon city.

Asked for work to be done over the phone, they said they could do it. Fast forward two weeks and walked in for the service, but a woman said they dont do that service any longer. She was rude and will not ever go to that store ever again.
