Update: The inspection and punch out was completed finally, only thing left is one window panel replacement. Storm screen installed in January, I call for an inspection and then the representative tells me the manager is in a meeting and she will call me back so we can schedule the inspection and punch out, it's September and I have called and left messages and when I do talk to a representative I received the same response of, "I will call you back after I speak with the manager", I am still waiting, very poor service after they receive your money.

Customer service is a huge problem. Nothing in my install has gone right. I got the roll down hurricane shutters. One person showed up for my install. Needed at least two people since it is a two story house. There was a problem with the permits. The universal handle inside the house in the bathrooms that you connect the poles to lower and raise the shutters rusted in two months. The sales person promised it would not be a problem. That the material would not rust. They don't get direct water contact. Only moisture because they are above window. Now have been trying to get that fixed since the beginning of the year with no resolution. Now out of the blue in July they call and say that they need to put trim on the shutters that no one mentioned it needed. My install was six months ago. Now they have to cut my pool screens again at a second cost to me. Why wasn't that scheduled right after? No answer... And no one cares except me. The last the scheduled the trim install today said the tech would take care of the rusted pieces but he did not know anything about it and could not help. He also refused to give me a number to call a supervisor . Save yourself the aggravatuon of dealing with this company. If the parts rusted from moisture I doubt they will protect my home in a hurricane.
