Matt is very knowledgeable, respectful, he even drove to my home in VA to create a custom suit for me. I do think my experience would been much better if I was in Manhattan, local to Matt. This way I can physically follow up. The suit came in and I was supposed to do a virtual fitting, I did not. I actually did not try the suit on until I got to Florida for the wedding (why I purchased the suit). I was under the impression it was made to measure. Here is a photo of the suit when I tried it on. I was a little disappointed in the outcome. For an $1,800 transaction I expected a much better outcome. I will say the craftsmanship of the actual suit and material all met my expectations. The follow through to ensure a needy client like myself was absolutely happy was not there. Instead the finger was pointed towards me.

I recently acquired a suit from Matt for an event and I was very impressed with not only the fabric and design options, but also the experience itself (purchasing a bespoke suit should be fun, right?). The outcome was incredible, and he had no problem delivering within my required timeframe. I was super impressed with Matts knowledge and passion for suiting and fabrics. Came in unsure about what I wanted to wear for my wedding - left feeling like a million bucks in a suit that felt uniquely mine.

Simply put, Matthew is a master of his craft. He goes out of his way to create a great experience during the process and is a professional with a ton of experience. He listens to every detail of what you are envisioning and takes detailed notes to make sure nothing is missed. He quickly understood what I was looking for and made it happen without a glitch. His turnaround time was probably the quickest I have experienced without sacrificing quality. From my first correspondence with Matthew, it felt like all of his attention was focused on me to make sure I was 100% happy with the end result. Matthew put together the exact wedding tux I was looking for and elevated it beyond what I imagined. I would also note, I went to a well known suit/tux store before Matthew and that store did not have the color I was looking for. Luckily, I was referred to Matthew and he was able to get the color/fabric I was looking for quickly which saved me. I would highly, highly recommend going to Beyond Measure Custom.
