I had a baby blanket with a name embroidered. Terrie assisted me with the proper font and size for the blanket(she was excellent). Not only that, I believe I walked in on a Tuesday, which typically, I was informed my order would take at least two weeks. It was poor planning on my part because I needed the blanket by Saturday. Terrie stated she would get with the individual that handles embroidery. Needless to say, my order was completed by that Thursday or Friday. I was very thankful the Spectrum Graphic team was able to get this done in a short time. Even when I walked in I was greeted with smiles.
