clutch. Didnt fit properly, rude staff ,didn't listen when i tried explaining. wouldnt use again. edit - apologies couldnt find a way to reply. went throught clickmechanic, had my clutch done on the 9th of may. The gear box nearly came off while driving on the 31st of may. I had to have my car recovered and sorted (i understand this invalides the warranty) i tried explaining this to the person i was in contact with. they were rude after this. the garage i had to take it to stated all bolts were either hand tight or missing.

Thank you for your review Unfortunately a dpf being blocked is a symptom not the problem it relies on varies components and sensors to do its job so therefore Im sure you can understand we can only guarantee the item replaced at the time of repair, a bit like a puncture in a tyre if you kept getting punctures in the same tyre you wouldnt expect the tyre shop to continually fix it for free would you. Our conversation didnt become heated at all I tried to explain this to you but you decided to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about so I merely said well if you feel that way then we are not the company for you. If you dont get sorted then please get in touch with us and we will take a look but it will be chargeable

Very disappointed with the after sales service provided. After they fixed the DPF it had broken down 4 times in 5 months. I have needed AA assistance to resolve the problem as DPF DOC were unwilling to rectify the fault without further payment. The discussion were unpleasant and heated. I will not be using their services again not would I recommend anyone else.

Great service, expected a massive bill after it was checked over but got great advice at a very fair price, even worked with garage to do work as car was in for other buts done, definatley recommend

This company is the only company you need to seek support with DPF. They even sorted another company's mess. I had AdBlue problems, and a charlatan company came and 'fixed' the issue, only for the car to then get significant DPF problems and go in to limp mode. The DPF doctor came and diagnosed the real issue (and other issues that the charlatans had caused), arranged for my ECU to be completely fixed, cleaned my DPF and got my car back on the road and running better than ever. The price charged was more reasonable, when considering the time, advice and support I've been given. I will not go anywhere else to seek support. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Bought a 2l golf and it failed its mot and he then fixed it and passed but the wheel bearing was making a noise and the suspension was so he most of put a dodgy mot on it but the bearing and suspension didn't bother me and the same day he dropped it off the radiator pipe blows then he makes me pay to drop it off to fix it but its already been a week without driving it then I picked the car up and the other radiator pipe blows after a weeks use and saying its my problem and to go elsewhere avoid this dodgy scum bag at all cost elapse once he's got your money he doesn't care
