their ok was a little rude on the phone not the best customer service Stan leopard was very rude in his emails when I was trying to get hats made Stan has very little customer service skills and the older lady that answers the phone is very rude I say if you can get by her and not have to deal with Stan leopard you would be ok I would not recommend using them if you have to deal with the older lady or stan
Total waste of time. I went to inquire about getting my graduation stole embroidered, sat down & drew out everything that I wanted, was told I would be contacted and given price, as well as time of when theyd have it done. No one contacted me, emailed me, followed up with me or nothing. A business that doesnt even follow up with its potential clients? Def not a fan.
