Hi Melanie, I'm sorry for your frustration. Per your tenant account I see we have had contact with you in regards to wasps on the exterior of your rental. Per our notes, you called several times throughout the day wanting an answer on your wasp request. We let you know each time you called that we were waiting for a call back from both the landscapers and the owner of the home. As soon as we got a call back from both the landscaper and the owner (the same afternoon), we called you right away. I am sorry we could not give you an answer the first time you called.

Not very impressed with this management company as a renter. I have called them several times about issues and they haven't ever gotten back to me. Once, after multiply calls. they responded. It's very frustrating dealing them them.
Where do I start we lived in a house that Iron Eagle Property Management was responsible for and I wouldnt recommend them unless they are your absolute last option. The house we moved into had carpet that was stained and looked gross. The cabinets and counter tops were old and dinghy. The windows were permanently streaked and old, lacked screens so we couldnt open the windows on nice spring/fall days without letting flies into the house. Why would we move into a place like this you ask? We were finishing up college and needed a place to stay. Over our first year we did our best to clean the property up, fix things if they needed to be fixed and always paid rent on time. When it came time for the lease to be renewed, we got a letter saying your rent is going to be increased by 100 dollars. The management company had done absolutely nothing to merit increasing rent. No screens had been fixed like we requested, no nasty carpet from past tenants replaced, the same old cabinets and same old counters with grout that hasnt been white in years. Yet they hiked the rent up on us. When we rebutted the rent increase, the owner (Kathy) told us that the owner of the property wasnt even breaking even on the property and thats why the rent needed to be increased. Now I work in this industry, I understand how to look up past sale prices and I looked up the historical interest rates for when the property last sold. I calculated the payment for the property mortgage and very quickly realized that she was lying and the owner was not under water. But none-the-less we were bullied into signing a lease at a higher rent. In short, the management company never responded to our requests for maintenance after the rent increase. The property had outlets that didnt even hold a plug any more, outlets that didnt work at all, the screens for the windows were never replaced and the ceiling fan was never fixed, so one rooms light fixture didnt work for the greater part of two years. After we moved out we were charged for a cleaning fee even though the house was left in better condition than we received it. A sink stopper that was never there to begin with, we were charged for replacing. If youd like a non-responsive, mismanaged property with unfair rent increases (I would have totally been fine with paying $100 more a month if some improvements had been made), and a company that practices dishonest business practices, go with an Iron Eagle property. If all of that sounds absolutely distasteful, let me tell you, there are much better property managers out there than Iron Eagle and Kathy, look elsewhere for your living situations.

Iron Eagle is a great company. They actually answer their phones, are very communicative, responsive to requests, and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients/tenants. Definitely recommend!
My daughter and her family rented from this company which also hides behind relic property management both owned and operated by same family from same address. These people are the worst kind of criminals they hide behind the landlord laws to screw poor middle classes families out of money for things that they know in good consciousness were there prior to them moving in. My daughter and I cleaned this property prior to move out, Kathy was sweet as pie during the walk through, and then hides behind her assistant to do all her dirty work. The bogus receipts for handy man work is the son of the family, and is not licensed except in the bogus charges. Also read all the paper work very closely they change wordage to meet their hidden motives and to hide behind loophole laws for land lands. So please please stay away from this company it's all about money motives save your self the heart ache my daughter and her family has endured.
