Sorry to hear this we do try , the last two weeks Ive done 7 day weeks and in the week 7 or 8 oclock finish (the lads are tired to ,, we also have one sick Im not making excuses but we must be doing something right to get this busy . We had one customer last week in the same position, found a garage two months ago who did it next day as we could not get it in for 7 days ... last week we fixed and found the fault but not for the 500 he paid Once again thank you for the review in a way Im quite please with it I just wish I could do something about it

Great garage but become to busy to get repairs done sadly had to find alternative garage on 3 occasions as booking times are 2-3 weeks This is by no means a bad review as the service and staff are great and have helped massively in the past just a shame everyone around the area has found this garage
Had the air bag light on on my 55 plate seat leon . Diagnosed and repaired by Trevor. The cars computer blamed passenger side then drivers side sensors so not a straight forward job. But Tj services stuck with it and now the air bag system is working again many thanks
29/03 /2018 Sorry to hear this but one can you please send me the place where you have seen the free retest as we have never done a free retest if car has been taken away from the garage for work as we need to check the work has been done to the correct standard and we have had a few that hasnt (but the correct fee is 27.40 set by vosa for a retest). But if we done the work please bring the invoice in so I can refund you the money as this is not right and I will sort this problem But I would also like to know a little more on the the person who you dealt with you and a little write up so this can be sorted if you can send this to [email protected] and address this to paula chillery so we can look in to this Also just to help me out about a comment you made there are better garages nearby Im a little curious why did you bring the car to us in the first place as once you have found a good garage you should stay with them or did you say this out of spite ???? Advertise free mot retest but suddenly ask for 10 for it feel cheated under hand con merchants stopped using them and mot tester very aggressive and unhelpful.There are many better garages nearby !
