I had a pleasant experience with Kristen and Sutherland in general. There was no pressure nor games, very accommodating and responsive. It felt like a normal interaction with a car enthusiast rather than a guarded exercise in bargaining. I live four hours away and would still go back to shop again. Side note: I didn't see our photo with my 3-series...I'm very much ok with that.
