Hi Vasudha, I'm sorry you were not happy with your purchase. As we discussed many times over email, the item that was sold to you was exactly as it was sent to us from the manufacturer. The pictures that were posted on the website were exactly as given to us from the manufacturer. The product did not come with any additional packaging from the manufacturer. Unfortunately I can not provide you with something I do not have. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the item we sent you, nor was there any mal intent or misleading information written on our website. We have been in business for 10 years and we always do our best to be as accurate and forthcoming with the products we sell. We treat others as we wish to be treated as well. This is why it saddens me to read this review. The item you purchased was a brand new, heavily discounted (almost 50% off) and you received free shipping. The item was purchased from the clearance section where it does say final sale. Again, we shipped the brand new item exactly as it was shipped to us. It did not come with any additional packaging. They sell products without tags as brand new and insist we check with the manufacturer for the authenticity. This information is not stated anywhere on their website. When asked, they state their own 'diaper lab' label as the product tag. I'm so disappointed with my online purchase and I'm glad I only bought one product from them.

Hi AP Anuma, Thank you for writing. It's difficult to hear less than stellar reviews but we absolutely appreciate the feedback. We are a parent owned and operated business. So the expertise you hear from us is because we truly use everything we sell. That being said, as working parents we are always striving to reach the perfect customer needs/work/family life balance. Some weeks we do it better than others. Our store hours are: Monday: Closed Tuesday: 10-6pm Wednesday: 10am - 2pm Thursday: 10am - 6pm Friday: 10am-2pm Saturday: 10am- 5pm Sunday: Noon - 4pm During the day we strive to return phone calls that go missed when we are helping customers in the store. However, we often respond to email and Facebook messages during off hours as well. Unfortunately I do understand the frustration with our website, and I assure you, we feel it to. Even large companies like Target and other big box stores struggle with the same issue, keeping all of their stock on the website and inventory up to date. We actively have someone adding new products/prints/colors to the website every week, but yes, at the moment we have more in store than online. A new online presence is being worked on and should unveil this summer. They don't pick up their phone, their website's stock is out of date and empty, and their hours are 10-2. It's hard to even be a patron, I feel like I have to fight in order to get their service. It's exhausting!

Easy to drive by being a small place however the selection is great for cloth diapers and if you are getting started with cloth diapers. Very knowledgeable staff and check to see if there is the deal to trial diapers and purchase them at a discount later. god way to see what does and doesn't work for your baby.

I took several classes here (infant CPR, cloth diapering, breastfeeding), participated in their postpartum parents group meeting, and utilized the cloth diaper cleaning/delivery service as well as cloth diaper rentals. Every experience I've had with Diaper Lab has been outstanding. Everyone who works there really makes you feel like a part of their community, and offers really helpful guidance on which products are right for you. I wasn't sure which baby carrier I needed, and they helped me try different ones on and select the right one for me. If you have a baby in your life or on the way, you NEED Diaper Lab in your life too.

Hi Alley, Thank you so much for writing and letting us know of the condition of the diapers you received. We were sorting through quite a lot of diapers and I'm so sorry to hear that some of the ones you received were not up to the condition as advertised or that we normally sell in our gently used section in our brick and mortar store. I will be sure to address this with our staff and ask them to be more diligent when inspecting the diapers before shipping. I have refunded your money. Please donate or fabric recycle any diapers you don't wish to keep. That is generally what we do. Again, I'm so sorry for the error and will definitely address this in the future with our staff. I cannot recommend this retailer unfortunately right now. No anger or what not on my end, just disappointment. I bought multiple items from their used section and the diapers were unusable and damaged. I just expected a knowledgeable retailer to know better before selling items like that. The PUL was cracked on multiple diapers with others close to the end of their life as well. Its very unfortunate for sure that Im out all of the money but lesson learned I suppose, when a deal looks to good to be true, it likely is. Very unfortunate. I hope they have decent customer service and take this into consideration but I dont expect anything, I just wanted to share my experience. Editing to include that the retailer did get back to me, I was not expecting a response or anything back but they did and Im very thankful. Im adding 2 stars for the quick customer service response. I hope they can check more thoroughly in the future as to not have any issues.
