I wasnt completely satisfied. Service was terrible as well. 40대 남자 디자이너분에게 단발 컷 받았고, 보여준 사진과 확연히 다르고 불만족스러웠습니다. 예약 된 디자이너 선생님 이름 요청하는데 그냥 오라고만 한 데스크 직원 서비스도 이해가 안 됐습니다.

Worst. Make sure to confirm your appointment before you go. Made an appointment with Bora, but the front desk told me she is not coming today after I arrive at the store!!!!! They are trying to get me a random hairstylist, I just walked away. NEVER EXPERIENCED THINGS LIKE THIS. CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW!!!! WASTE OF TIME TO DRIVE HERE IN A RAINY DAY.

I always leave Hills content with my haircut and the experience. It's not necessarily an inexpensive haircut, but it feels worth it. The staff are friendly and professional and the person I get my haircut from (Goeun) is very detail-oriented. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Update: I continue to leave Hills happy with my haircut. They also have a hair product that I love and can't find anywhere else. I still highly recommend this spot to get a men's haircut.

자기들 멋대로 30분 예약 미뤄서 뒤로 실수해놓은건 둘째치고 30분 기다렸더니 손님하나 금방 짜른다고 기다리라 해서 30분 더 기다렸습니다. 볼것도 없이 나왔습니다.
