I wish zero star is an option. This dealership (Subaru of Wakefield, Mass) is terrible!!. They do not stand behind their business and they mislead the customers. The service department goal is to serve the customer as long as they make money for the dealership owner (Mr. SAL). I advise you to stay away from this place. If you want to buy a car or do service GO TO North Reading Subaru or Ira Subaru in Danvers.
