Unfortunately, Not what I expected based of off the reviews and shop appearance on the website. I thought it have been more upscale. I Had to wait for an hour due to a mixup with an assistant's start date and the stylist wasn't informed of this change. The entire staff was conversational and friendly.

Marc was on time and was prompt for my sons haircut appt. The online booking was easy to use and convenient! We now have a new barber! Might I also add that its always professional and clean when we visit! We love the Dreamz Team!

My appointment was at 2.00pm the stylist had someone in the chair and had two other heads to finish i should have been called to know that it was behind as i was sitting i was not informed and the receptionist who was going to put my perm in was sweeping talking long periods while im waiting for my perm and the hairsylist was eating in the lobby so i left ans resceduled but did not want my hair done from the girl cause her hair was a mess they lock u in with 25 dollars no refund but very late doing heads..the receptionist needs to call people when the stylist is behind
