The sign from CS mostly met its stated requirements, but it was not what I was expecting. I ordered holes centered on each side. The holes were not centered and there was no reason why they could not be centered. Secondly, the brass plate that was used was quite thin. They didn't state the thickness, so I can't say it didn't meet that specification, but I wouldn't buy another plate from this company.

Package has still not arrived. I ordered nameplates for my place of work three weeks ago. Associates were almost always unreachable, and when I did end up speaking to anyone, it was always my fault that the order had not been completed (despite doing everything I could to make sure they had the information they needed). I was promised delivery on the 15th. The 15th came and went. I called and called but it took me two days to get an answer. It's now the 25th. I received notice that my package had been delivered this morning, but there's no sign of it.
Brass plaque arrived sooner than expected. Quality of materials and engraving was excellent. Only issue was some rough edges on the top edges of the plate that really should have been addressed, it's called a "sheared" edge.

Order was wrong have called twice still no replacement. Both time said they see the problem and will send out replacement with email. No email confirmation yet. Going on 3 weeks.
