When I called in, I was told to go to one of their computers, check my gmail, and follow a link to fill out some info. For some reason, the link would not send. After I told them this, the lady steps out to grab some food while I wait for her to come back and send me the link. After trying to send it to me several times, they told me they would call me later next week. To be fair, i showed up right at the end of walk in hours and they did at least try to accomidate me. However, I did not feel reapected, nor did I have a pleasant experience.
Terrilynn Howard got me on at Fed-Ex, she is very professional, answered all my questions with efficiency and made certain I had all of the information I needed for the job. She is fabulous!
Is there a place where I can rate this place with zero stars? Very unprofessional and condescending staff. I fulfilled my employment assignment and was supposed to get paid on December 22. Not only did I not get paid, but they blamed on the client I had been working for. After much frustrating research, I found out that Volts regional manager had left on vacation and not taken care of half of the employees who were assigned to the same place as me.
