We have shared your feedback with your association's board of directors and have also looked in to this issue and have found that the financial information you are requesting is already and has been made available to homeowners through our secure online owner portal, and it is our understanding that this information has been communicated to you in the past. Based on your feedback, your Board of Directors has asked us to send out a communication to the whole association with instructions for accessing the information through the portal and additional information on dates of upcoming board meetings, which all association members are encouraged to attend. Prospect Management has managed our condominium association in Mequon for several years and my recommendation would be to stay away from them. The assigned person from the company is clueless and follows the will of the Association president rather than the residents or the board as a whole. Legally requested information is withheld. Online meetings are chaos. There is a lack of trust so great among Association members that legal action has become necessary.

Prospect Mgmt manages my condo association & they have a lot to be desired. They have a difficult time managing records, paperwork, & communications. There is almost always an excuse & rarely any type of accountability however they "only" charge $19k/yr for these services.

I have had an excellent experience with the new manager of our property. Patrick Zimmerman has responded quickly to all my requests. I have never had to make a second contact with him due to no resonse. My requests and questions have been resolved in a professional and cordial manner. I have been on our condo board for 1 year. Jen, our property manager is great. Takes care of everything in a timely manor. The email to homeowners services is good and before I was on the board they did get back to me if I had a question.

Unresponsive to Condo owners. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional organization. If I could give negaive number stars- I would. Their whole set up with a "Condos Owner Board of Directors" is such a joke. I am specifically refering to Chateau I Condos off Puetz in Oak Creek.
