Starting on a positive note. They are very nice and helpful. Now to the negative. I brought two tanks for visuals to them. I got called out to a job (Im a commercial diver). I called and asked if they could get the visuals done the next day. They said yes. Went out on my job and the one bottle I used that day had a leak at the steam. Brought the bottles to a different scuba shop. They unscrewed the valve and showed me that the O-ring and sealing surface was not cleaned or replaced. Such an easy $20 job that was not done by El Mar. Very disappointed in their work. I would not recommend them.

Met Tonya. Very nice and friendly. First time at El Mar since I was certified. Technician checking my gear out could not be bothered with questions. Bad hurried vibes. Not a good experience.

It's unfortunate that you're unhappy Louis. What you call a regulator, was in fact a paintball (or air rifle)fill adapter, we cannot offer any advice or sell you one since we DO NOT have any products for paintball(or air rifle). As for me being rude, I was direct and to the point, that we could not help you, I was not rude. I suggest you find a paintball or possibly a air rifle store, and they should be able to help you.

Very unhappy. I have a regulator not working. I went in to ask advice, or buy anotherone. The tech wss rude and did not eve bother to try to help.
