I spoke to Inbar to inquire a pre-owned Rolex , this person is argumentative, rude and sarcastic. I was asking her if she could send me the actual pictures of the watch, because she told me the watch on the website is not the actual watch that I am purchasing, of course I got skeptical to buy the watch, and then suddenly she was raising her voice , she doesn't have the watch in stock , she needs to order it from the vendor, asking me what is my concern of the watch, if she orders it with the vendor and i did not like it ,she might end up stuck with the watch. I told her , I am not buying a $100 watch, I am purchasing a $15,000.00 Rolex watch, all I want from her is to send me the actual pictures of the watch to check the condition and authenticity . As a customer I want to be happy with my purchase. Bad customer service !!!
Great experience dealing with Inbar on my Rolex. Received it promptly but after a couple of weeks had a small issue. Received a shipping invoice to return it and be repaired immediately. Great follow up and service. My watch was repaired and is working great.
I was searching for a Rolex watch to buy as a present to my mother for her 70 birthday. Searching online and find out about A & E watches. After googling for a few weeks at different websites, I decided to stop by their place at Brannan street. The place very organize, neat and great location. After speaking with the sale person and asking questions, they saw me different watches and recommend me 3 out of ten. They have big selection. They help me to choose the right one that fit my mother style. I decided to purchase the watch. The Rolex was 100 percent real, look like new and the price was killer with big discount. Which close the deal for me. Luckily I did not had to search more places and more watches being very busy person.

I wrote a review about this about 10 years ago on Epinions but can't seem to find it. Google Reviews weren't around 10 years ago when I bought a used Rolex Day-Date from Cesar. Cesar wanted me to pay cash, and since I was from out of town, I used my Credit Card. I decided on a Blue faced watch, it was gorgeous. Now the rest of the nightmare. - the watch was a late 70's model, not what we agreed on. - the watch would only keep time for a day, then it quit working - when I tried to return it, one of the owners , A middle Eastern car sales man insulted me about not being able to care for a watch, when I insisted I was going to return it. The owner said he wouldn't take it back. - I ended up sending it back registered mail, but never received a refund. - I had to call the Credit Card company, apparently The owner and maybe Cesar lied and said they had not received it. The Credit Card company immediately called A&E and straightened it out. I received my credit minus a 'restocking fee.' -- Keep in mind the watch Never worked correctly which is the entire reason I decided to return it, if the watch had worked, I would have kept it. These people are crooks and liars, STAY away from them FAR FAR FAR away.
