Disappointedthe shop is beautiful, clean that wasnt/isnt the problem. I looked at the reviews extremely excitedI booked my appointment & they were extremely adamant about me paying my 235 dollars prior to appointment which is completely fine. I was so impressed that the make-up artist even took the time to text me & introduce herself! But then after appointment at first I was happy with my look in the shop but after leaving (& seeing myself in natural lighting) looking more at the make-up it really wasnt what I wanted or what the photo I showed to the artist. Regardless though the artist was great, & extremely nice. I then proceeded to email the owner in regards to wanting to use them for my wedding day but had some concerns Im not sure if she reached back out as I cant seem to find a follow up email from her. But because they were EXTREMELY as I stated adamant about me paying my deposit before appointment Id feel theyd be the same way about reaching back out to book me. I feel like they really wanted the money for the appointment & after it was done I heard nothing back. I hope this can get resolved & if not it is what it is.

I reached out to this salon on The Knot because I'm searching for hair and makeup artists for myself and wedding party. They responded and invited me to select an appointment time and date for an initial phone consultation. I did this and received appointment confirmation from one of the artists. My appointment time came and went and nobody called me, so I checked my email and saw that without any explanation whatsoever, Jackelyn had sent a new Calendly invitation at around 5:15 a.m. for what I am to assume was supposed to replace our 9 a.m. appointment. I emailed and asked if she was no longer able to attend our appointment and literally never received a response. It's been a few days now. This was both unprofessional and a complete disrespect for my time and consideration. I held off on booking an artist from another salon so that I could speak with 911 before making my decision, and now that artist is also booked for my wedding date. Needless to say, my wedding party and I will not be using 911's services.

I have one simple word to describe their services, Amazing!!! My husband and I planned a destination wedding and I was told about The 911 Stylist from my wedding planner. From the trials to the wedding day they were nothing short of amazing. On the wedding day they had hair and makeup for 11 women and 2 grooms, styling and molding to each different person and their tastes. My entire bridal party was extremely happy, and I look as radiant as ever, they were always timely when emailing me back with answers or scheduling. THANK YOU 911 STYLIST!!!
