Difficulty purchasing from 2.7 August Apparel through Express Marketplace. Return experience was difficult an Express is not affiliated even though I purchased on the Express website.

This company has horrible returns. You will never get refunded for you items. They just play the game it will be 3-5 more days. Item of clothing was not what was pictured. Do not waste your time or money.

I had a terrible experience with their customer service. I ordered 2 dresses right before quarantine and did not realize that they were not from express. Express is great and their return policies are flexible especially during the pandemicas soon as stores opened I was able to return other items from the same order, but was told I had to reach out directly to 2.7 August Apparel to return the other 2 dresses. They were rude, and had no compassion or flexibility, even in light of the pandemic. Ill never order any express marketplace again.
