We're sorry to hear you didn't appreciate the message of the museum. Actually, the love of God is a big emphasis in our ministry... That's why we share the Gospel as part of the tour. Also, having worked with our team for years, it seems odd to me that anyone would describe us as fearful. Actually, we look at science with confidence, knowing that God's world (science) always ends up matching God's Word. And really, what better foundation for the Gospel than this: That the Bible can be trusted... all the way through. Thank you for your thoughts.

Mr. Butterworth is somehow caught up in the dialogue of his own life. Being an angry person at the fact that people are describing the evolution of earth and how that conflicts with your beliefs as a Christian are completely futile. This separates us from the God love that we can experience and this is more of a fear of God experience. If Jesus is who he is he saved us from our terrible lives and therefore we have no fear. But yet there is fear that somehow someone describing the evolution of earth was not literally six days is a threat to our Christianity. If God is God then God created scientists, God created science, science is God. Galileo went through the same threat when he described the earth revolving the sun not the sun revolving earth. Christians need to stop this banter! stop the fear! stop the hatred! believe in God believe in science! God told me to tell you this.
It was ok.... a lot of it was based around geology and I happened to be visiting with a masters of geology in tow. Many mispronounced words and non-facts. Interesting nonetheless.
