Very poor service!! My husband purchased a bike and have had nothing but bad luck!! Had to take it in for repair two times and left 5/6 messages for Nicolas to return the call,2 weeks have gone by no call and bike sits waiting to be repaired!!Should have went with Wheel N Sprocket

Great work on a major tune-up. Clear communication and delivered as promised. Friendly staff willing to discuss the tune-up. They ensured I understood the work they planned to do and taught me about my bike. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I have been trying to purchase a several parts and a frame set from Fyxation for several months now. I have found that they have very poor communication and zero follow through with consumer enquires. I even tried to call and spoke to Chase twice and he could only suggest I email different departments. I was in contact with Ben and and Josh via email and have sent 7 emails to their 2 (1 each) both times saying they would get back to me. I am well over it and have come to terms I need to purchase parts through a more reputable company. If their products are anything like their service, be cautious!
