My father has been there for a total of 45+ days waiting for his coach to be tended to and it just keeps going and going. His first grandchild was born and he isnt here to be with her over this incompetence. You make your appointment 3 months in advance and still you wait.

Drove over a 1000 miles thinking we were going to get exceptional service. They are probably better than most, but aren't what we hoped for. Beside to schedule appointment for every problem you can think of because if not it won't be fixed until your next appointment. Staffing was smaller than most large Florida RV dealers.

Repairs are done on a slipshod manner. A fan that worked before I bought the Motorhome in did not work after I got it back. A refrigerator repair worked for a month then failed.
