First off the 3 month wait was because the only days you were available to do the install it was below 40 degrees outside. Most importantly though is why you DID NOT say anything at the time of the install that you were not happy with the position. The only feedback we got from you at the time of the install is that you thought it looked AWESOME. We would have gladly made it right for you on the spot.

I had them make me a Sundown Audio sticker, and it was to cold at the time to install it, so about 3 months later, I went to have them put it on, because I thought I would make it crooked, so I finally get it installed!!! The guy put it on.. and I immediately wish I would have done it myself! Didn't put it on straight at all!!! And the whole thing looks terrible!

Very professional staff. Every member was always friendly and helpful. Scott took a personal concept I had and brought it to life. The quality of there work is excellent. Would highly suggest using Shamrock Graphic for any graphic needs.

Needed a banner made within a short period of time. Bryon McNary was very helpful and had the banner made within the time requested. High quality workmanship too. Bryon took time to sit down with me and design my banner to my satisfaction. In fact, he added an extra graphic to my banner that I wasn't expecting, of which made it POP with creativity, with my approval of course! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, upon my first visit, it took a while before anyone acknowledged my arrival or my wait. There is not sign-in for a customer if have to wait, nor is there a sitting area for waiting. Otherwise, once acknowledgment was given, the service was consistent with helpful and thorough follow through. I am very happy with my banner of which is very good quality material as well. I will use Shamrock Graphics again for future purchases for my business and will refer to others. Thank you Bryon for your support and knowledge of what I was needing.

These guys are great. We recently opened a new office location at @Thetraveljunkie and Shamrock hooked us up with vinyl for our marquee on the street, logos on doors, desks, they did everything I needed. Nice guys and great prices.
