Scam / rip off artists. They lied to me about getting the loan, and the paperwork was NEVER SENT TO THE DMV. I drove the car for a month unregistered, no loan on car. The wheel bearing crapped out. Paid to have fixed then they came and got the car while I was at work. They did not pay me for the repairs that the dealer had done. Don't sign the paper that says that you won't SUE them crooks!!!

I actually had my experience a while back and a friend of mine asked me about used cars and I remember just how bad my experience was here so I definitely told them not to go and it reminded me to write a review. At any rate this place is definitely not looking out for the best interest of there consumer. I almost bought a car and thank goodness I didn't and I chose to have it checked out. I am luckily mechanically inclined enough to know when something isn't quite right. One of the workers had actually been driving the car I was looking at and apparently decided to ignore a very noticeable noise. The noise was that of the drive shaft about to fall out of the car. The best part is I had the car inspected by a very trusted mechanic and they found allllll sorts of problems with it that should have never been overlooked by the dealerships mechanic. Then they tried to tell me that they would have inspected it before I bought it and it would have never went off the lot like that. Last I checked it should be inspected before it is for sale. The fact is that these people are a joke and they seem all nice until you tell them something they don't want to hear which is that you are no longer interested in the car. Anyways I feel sorry for the individual that ended up buying that car as it had drive shaft issues as in it would have fallen out but thanks to me I guess I unfortunately had it tightened up by the mechanic. I should have just let the sales guy drive it home again and then laughed when all of the transmission fluid leaked out due to the shaft being way lose and then the trany would have blown! Oh and also it had broken springs among other things that I can't remember! Way to go cooper motors! I have always believed in watching out for others so I hope this helps!

I would never go anywhere else to get a vehicle. I have bought 2 cars from Cooper Motors now and both have been great buys. Jake was extremely helpful when it came to my credit as I was new to the credit world when buying my first vehicle over a year ago. I drove that and got my credit score up so I was able to get an even newer, nicer car that was exactly what I wanted.

I have had the worse experience with Cooper Motors. I would NEVER recommend someone I care about to do business with this place due to the headache and stress it has caused me. The business deal was that Cooper Motor was to pay off my trade-in vehicle and finance me on a new vehicle, which they did- however Cooper Motors did not pay off my vehicle when they said they did. In fact it wasn't until 2 months later when I started receiving Collection phone calls from previous loan carrier asking when I would make a payment. I called for 1 week trying to get this resolved with Cooper Motors and no one was available to help. I checked my credit report and it was reported to all three credit bureau's that I was late on my auto loan. There was no accountability or acknowledgement on their end of the mistake but they rather blamed my auto lender for their lack of attention. More recently, the vehicle I financed through them needed repairs. I called for a copy of my warranty papers to bring along with me to the dealership for repair. I spoke to the rudest person named Nick, who told me I "verbally" declined a warranty. It is November and I purchased my vehicle in April -7 months ago, he recalls me verbally declining a warranty. This is ABSURD! When I reminded him of his mistake regarding the payoff- He didn't recall. So not only did this place damage my credit report but are now leaving me stuck with a repair bill that should be covered. They provide Shady Business. Cooper Motors is a JOKE.
