We went there to have my wifes jeep worked on and showed up a few minutes before they opened. A service guy told my wife to get out of the way! We werent parked, we were waiting to find out where to leave it. We left. The guy is lucky I didnt put my hands on him! I called to complain and they simply said, ya we try to keep that guy away from customers. I wouldnt give this place my childs toy to fix.

I inquired about a muffler replacement for my Tacoma and was given an estimate of $375, and told they would have muffler in stock; my appointment was about 2 weeks after my call, and I was told it would probably take about 2 hours. I let then know I would just hang out in a nearby park until they called. My appointment was at 10:00, at 12:30 I saw my truck in the parking lot still without a new muffler, when I inquired I was told they had wrong phone # even thou they repeated it back to me. They said they could not take my word that my muffler was bad but had to look themselves and were waiting on my ok to get a muffler for it. It wold also cost more than estimate because estimate was just an estimate. I could either go somewhere else or pay more and have a quiet car in hopefully about 1 1/2 hours. I said I wasn't happy but go ahead. At 1:30 my truck was still in parking lot with old muffler, when I asked they said they just got new muffler and would start right away. I stood near parking lot and watched, if they didn't move my truck into shop by two I would just get my keys and leave. About 10 till 2:00 a mechanic came out and got my truck and started working on it. A little before 3:00 he brought my truck out. They charged me $337.50 for labor, $180.00 for my muffler, a Walker Quiet Flow muffler assembly, $100 at amazon, $45.00 for spring bolt kit & gasket, $10.75 at amazon, and $25.00 for stainless exhaust piping for sleeve that I'm not sure where it is. The total price is now $259.50 over estimate, and 5 hrs. wait time for a regular muffler replacement, no unexpected repairs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!
