Stay Away! I hired them to replace an old sign with a new sign. They were informed to leave the old sign as it was valuable. They took the sign anyway. When I called to get the sign back the owner stated he through the sign away. The owner then said go ahead and sue me, I'll be ready. Bad, Bad people. There are plenty of good choices besides them.
Unfortunately, with some employees, in particular, sales people. Some will tell the customer anything to make the sale, to make the commission on the sale. That is part of why this sales person was let go. There is no documentation in the work order of a free de-installation after installing a billboard and then removing it 1 1/2 years later there is always a service charge. Many times things can be misconstrued a year and half later, that were supposedly said, but we are sad to hear we have lost you as a customer.

Please Note: Have everything written in a contract with this company! I had dealt with a salesman that the owner of this company admitted to firing. Since our verbal agreement with such salesman and now laps of memory, the owner, Classic Sign Services will not honor the service work initially agreed upon which was the reason why they had earned my business. I will not be doing business with them again. I will not recommend doing business with them again. I was not under the impression I was receiving a free service. The installation and take down was the price paid, not just installation. Take down was important decision because of the rental space had requested if it goes up it must come down. I was not capable to install it therefor not capable for take down.
Lighted, custom signs, marquis signs, banners, window decals, etc. etc. Classic Sign Services has supplied us with all of these over the last five years. There service is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend to have them quote and give them a try.

I came to Classic Sign because I like to support local business's. I was celebrating my best friend's 50th birthday and for this years girls trip we went to Nashville. I did a 50 and fabulous and 50 party crew shirts. Shirts came out fine, however had a late addition to the group and had 8 days to get another shirt screened. I was told the shirt had to be ordered but would be delivered within a day or two. So feeling confident I prepaid for the shirt. 7 days went by without a word so I finally called to check the status. I was told the shirt they ordered never came in, however no one bothered to tell me. So they said they would send me a check to refund my money. Two weeks went by and no check, so I called to check the status on my refund. They asked me to come by the office to pick up my refund because it was easier to give me cash instead of sending me a check. Ok, so now I have no shirt and I am inconvenience of having to go pickup my refund. They are in St. Peters, I am in O'fallon. Then when I picked up my refund the taxes that were added when I prepaid the shirt was not included in my refund. I don't fault them for not getting the shirt on time as I know supply chain today sucks every where. However, customer service is something they can control and was none existent. I will go else where to get my shirts for our girls trip next year.
