This is a terrible company as well as Shift4. They promised all of these bonus features which I never received. Business went to almost nothing after moving to 3dcart. Once Shift4 took over it was just as bad, even if I had proof in writing. I had to refund money to a customer, which they kept on their end and I paid out of pocket to the customer. I hope this company goes out of business or starts practicing ethics. Stay away and don't believe their lies and if you still go with them, don't take promises over phone, but put in writing. I was promised by Steve that no longer works there if I use their payment processor instead of Square they would give me deluxe features like abandoned cart, full SSL for free and all of it was a lie. I did way better with free opencart software and had free SSL. Your company is evil!

I did my research 22 months ago and thought this would be an economic option for a small startup, based on the company having offices in nearby. The website building pre-publishing was not easy to access. The software for DYI website building was antiquated. The "team" is not easily reached and does not check for inactive accounts, nor reach out to customers with unpublished sites. All charges are final, regardless of services rendered and they do not make it easy to cancel. Do yourself a favor, my husband's company has had Shopify for over 8 years and they are constantly improving their system, it is user friendly and effective. You get what you pay for.

I have had several different web store using the 3-d cart platform I have found their Customer Service exceptional and the Tech Support on top of their game with product knowledge . If you ware going to open a web store this is the only platform you need to review.

I would stay as far away from this company as possible. It might be cheaper then some of its competitors but they will nickle and dime you for every possible change. And my nickle and dime I mean they will charge an exorbitant fee for everything even if you can do the coding yourself.
