Hi Gyula, as discussed with you there are numerous faults with your vehicle. We have fixed two of the faults however you did not want to proceed to fix the other faults. We have looked after your vehicles since 2015 and always provided a high level of service, to which you have never written a positive review. We have always tried our best to help you and are disappointed that you have written this misleading review. Anyway, we hope another garage will help you in the future as much as we have. I took my car with 2 problems,it was quite expensive ,but when I took back the car it persist one of the problem which I mentioned when I took see the car there,I have been told that they could not see the problem but they could see it when I took back after 30 min,so I'm very disappointed this time I paid a job what wasn't necessary and my problem persists still,

Hello Danny, I have checked the service history for your vehicle and in 2016 and 2017, you had an oil and filter change at Jubilee. You were charged 25 for the labour. We have a set price for the labour, so I was very surprised to see your review at the weekend. We at Jubilee, find it unacceptable that you have written this incorrect 2 star review, more than 2 years after you had your oil change. We are a family run business and whilst we admit we are not the cheapest garage in the area - which we never have been, we do provide a fully rounded dealer level HONEST service. Charging 1.5 hours(or 2 cant remember exactly) of labour for an oil change. Unacceptable. I can do that in less than 30 mins. Not a bad garage but you can find cheaper alternatives in the area.

Used them for various bits over the years,MOT,service,tyre fitting and repairs. Work is consistently done to high standard and they have always proved more than trustworthy.

Hi Mike, sorry it has taken me a week to respond. At Jubilee, we take these reviews very seriously and we are very disappointed by your review. Firstly, I understand the price for the MOT and Service was quoted over the phone and you agreed the price. Once the car was in for the MOT and Service it failed the MOT. Again, this was priced with yourself and you agreed to go ahead. Secondly, we ensured the work was completed the same day and managed to source a tyre in a few hours to do so. A cheaper tyre could have been ordered for the next day, however, you agreed to go ahead with the slightly more expensive tyre. Overall, I believe we went above and beyond for you on this occasion, as we always do for you and your family. I have also checked your invoice and do not feel the prices were excessive. Ultimately, Mike if there was a problem with the prices you should not have agreed to go ahead with the work. We are a family business with a good relationship with your family and untrue 1 star reviews can damage a small family business. Also, being rude to our lovely receptionist is unacceptable.
