After giving their rep ample opportunity to earn my business they insisted on being disrespectful and incompetent. First they instructed me that Dallas Promotional Supplys vendor had informed them our logo would look best heat shrinked but choosing this method would require purchasing additional hats. They then proceeded to send me an invoice for the wrong hats. I informed them that our ranch was exclusive with Mossy Oak and could only use Mossy Oak patterns. They then emailed me Realtree merchandise. After explaining to them that we cant use our competitions merchandise she then sent me Mossy Oak items (after I explained to them twice we are exclusive with them). In this email the rep also sent me a Texas shaped item. Prior to this I explained in detail our ranch is in Missouri. I gave Dallas Promotional Supply ample opportunity to earn my business but I was disrespected throughout the entire process. I recommend saving your loyalty for a vendor who deserves it.
