I purchased a vehicle from Richard, when I got to the dealership there was a bubble on the tire and the brakes were making noises, I notified him of this and he told me to check this out with another place to see if it passes inspection or not. I have been trying to reach them for a month and they continue to say they will get back to me. Not even worth one star
