Classic Ford dealer. $110 to diagnose a problem I already diagnosed with five minutes of Google searching. Plus the classic "Your brakes are wearing into your rotors" as if I can't see their perfectly good condition myself. I shouldn't have given them a second chance after their first mess up with my radio.
Took truck in for a recall notice and inspection. Was told by a couple people truck would fail inspection for wipers. It did. Wiper was deliberately tore Interior was damaged and parts of trim laying on floor when I got back. Wont be going back
Talked to Ryan Lauf about a new truck. I left him 3 voicemails and never heard back from him. Terrible business. I won't go back
