Hello Cosette, you are free to leave a one-star review if you are not happy but I am not sure you understand why we had to drop your case. When we were first approached to represent your daughter we were told no waiver of liability form was signed. We had to fight the insurance company for a long time but they did eventually produce a signed waiver form. We did try to settle the case but the claim was denied. It is correct that we were not willing to file a lawsuit after the denial, but that is a judgment call we made in light of the signed waiver form. When we were unable to continue we did provide you with the name of another attorney that might be willing to continue the case. Our firm handles criminal and personal injury law, but that has always been the case, and had no bearing on our decision. We wish you the best of luck on your matter and hope your daughter receives a settlement.

!!WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE!! I retained Mr. Rezagholi's services for my 4-year-old daughter, after she broke her leg at a trampoline play center. After nearly it took nearly TWO YEARS to obtain medical records (?) and TWO demands letters to the insurance company, I was told that filing a claim would essentially not be worth his time, that he NOW he handles criminal law and for much higher settlement amounts. I could completely understand that, EXCEPT, I had requested THREE TIMES something to sign to withdrawal him from my case, however, he assured me every time that he was working hard on it and not to worry. I should have listened to my gut instinct and learned more about this process. Mr. Rezagholi is a very nice, and persuasive man, who may initially have had the best intentions, but in my opinion, he really abandoned our claim and his responsibility to my 4-year-old daughter.

Edward, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your outcome. Not everyone is going to win their case and you are entitled to be disappointed about that and leave a one star review. However, some of your statements are not accurate. Other reviewers mention "realistic expectations" because no one is ever guaranteed an outcome or a particular result. That fact is put in writing and explained during a consultation. Extensive work went into your case including video review, document review and interviews with witnesses. You were provided a copy of all these materials at the conclusion of your case to verify it occurred. I also did not demand payment upfront. You paid as the case went along over a 5 month period. And you terminated representation before your case was fully resolved and were given a substantial refund reflecting that. I would not recommend this law firm. Promised results, took full payment up front and did not put any effort towards my case. If I would not have been mislead into believing that he had the evidence to win the case I would not be so disappointed.

HIRE KRISTOPHER! What an amazing, intelligent attorney. He helped me out when I needed a great attorney. He knows the law better than the DA and had my charges reduced and some dropped. He was available to me as I needed him, returning phone calls and emails in a very prompt, professional manner. You would be making a mistake not hiring him. I am currently awaiting charges and what I can be faced with and all I have to say is any questions or worries you have this man will respond in a fast and timely manner, he cares about his clients and what they are going through and does what he needs to comfort anyone facing time and stuff charges. Just understand you wont make a mistake going to him for a consultation. Hes knows the laws better than most and he will take care of you. Give him a shot and youll be surprise on the level of comfort you feel with him.
