Sorry to hear. We can always explain some of the variables on chrome deletes and removing the bumper is certainly an option but does increase cost significantly. We do offer a warranty on installations so we could have gotten that taken care of at the time.

I got an ok job I wish he would have pulled the bumpers off to wrap them . Chrome under the wrap shows in areas. Not happy with the job but I'm not mad enough to bash the company either. I will just get them redone .Update its been 2 months and my wrap is peeling off . I hand wash with a mitt so I know its not that. Total waste if money!
