THEIR HOURS ARE IRREGULAR/NOT AS POSTED! Seeing they were open until 6pm, and with a desperate need to quickly buy a last minute gift I rushed to find parking and made my way over to the store at 5:49pm. I opened the door and the heavily mascarad attendant informed me that the store was closed. I assumed I had the hour wrong so I left. Then I re-confirmed the posted closing hour was 6pm, so I went back. I was schooled on the status of the business, and that these things for Penny Lane are normal: 1) they shut down the registers every day at 5:45 2) for the last two hours of the day, there were no customers If this is the way this business runs, its absolutely no surprise. I can assure you the only way I might find myself on that store again, is if i happen to be paying no attention and Im dragged in by fiends. But it all worked out in the end: just next door Thelo Home & Modern Wellness was open! They also close at 6pm! A full five minutes from when I entered. I was cheerfully greeted, and had a completely perfect exchange with a much more civilized spirit. And I dropped my $66 purchase there... instead of the clearly struggling Penny Lane. Good luck yall.
