My car has not been registered for 3 months, it was stolen from the dealer, and given to me in bad condition on purchase, here are the details:::::: One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Please, please message me or call me if you would like to hear my full story. This is truly a horrific experience and is on-going. I purchased my range rover (new body, full size) about 3 months ago. I purchased it and was told, tires are good and it is good to go. Had to replace the brakes 2 weeks in, and tires are low tread. On top of that, I have had to replace the temporary tag and registration THREE TIMES because they have failed to finish my paperwork for my out-of-state plates. And, Indiana requires it to be done within 31-days. Not only that, I had to fill out paperwork that I could have been done on day 1, with minimal research. I was talking to a representative at the dealer who was confused about what needed filled out, I went on the website at that moment and clarified to her via the Indiana BMV's website. It is unbelievable how much I have had to do for a department that is supposed to tag-and-title themselves. Things I have had to fill out could have been asked/researched 3 months ago! And just last week I was told to verify my VIN on the vehicle...like are you serious, that should have been handed to me on Day 1. No one at the dealer returns calls, do not bother to leave a message. Now, here is the kicker. I dropped my car off on the 11th, to get an issue fixed (Check fuel cap-filler error - 3rd time dropping to fix) and I figured I am going home for break, I will drop at the dealer so they have over a week to fix it. I receive a call on the 15th that the car is fixed and ready for pick-up. Also, when I dropped it off, I let them know not to unplug my tracker or cameras in the car. At 10pm on the following day, Wednesday the 16th, I receive a message on my phone that the car is 20 miles away from the dealer! What do I do? Dealer is closed, and no1 to call! No one said my car would not be at the dealer. I call the police, they report it stolen and I provide the trackers address. They find it 45mins later and call me, btw, this police station was the best service I have ever received. The dealer calls me the following morning apologizing and stating that an employee had taken it home to "make sure it was fixed". That is illegal, you cannot joy-ride and take a customers vehicle to your neighborhood/home, without permission. So, this is what has happened to me at the Bethesda Land Rover (Manhattan Jaguar/LandRover), and it has been horrible, truly. I just am so disappointed. On top of all this, the owner has never bothered to call or apologize for any of this. It really is unbelievable. I had to pay the tow-truck driver to release my car from the police impound lot, my rim which was 1-week old, was damaged, and the tire has a bubble in it now. Experience 2: Ordered a part and had my car fixed, but the last part needed in order to drive my vehicle has been delayed and delayed so much it is insane. Everyday they say this day and push it back more. Truly sad.

Excellent customer service deserves appreciation! I wanted to take this time out to express my EXTREME GRATITUDE for Cheryl Stewart. She went above and beyond to kiss the boo boo. It saddens me to say that I had the worse experience purchasing my 2020 XF from your dealership. But due to the fact this was the car that I had been looking for over 6 months. I continued with the process. I only wish that Ms. Stewart was able to get the commission for this sale. My salesman truly made me feel like he didn't value my time. Or my intelligence due to the lack of effect with answering my questions. I must say Ms. Stewart's sense of compassion, empathy, knowledge, and wonderful customer service. Is out standing! She made EVERY effect to help, knowing that I was frustrated with this process and the dealership. I can honestly say it was her that save this sale. I really thought about returning the car. But Ms. Stewart assured me that she would be working with me moving forward with my concerns. She texted/called and even reached out to me on her day off. After a second visit to the dealership. Ms. Stewart was able to have the tech update my software and took the time to assist with advising of enhance features. She is the definition of Exceptional Customer.!! Dr. Ralf Speth said "Good Enough" is never good enough. He believes the passion and commitment of his people is the key driving force to Jaguar's success. He needs to know that Cheryl Stewart understands his cord brand values.

Surprising unexpected bad experience at a higher end used dealership. Kevin the finance manager rushed the finance portion of the deal and made many errors on paperwork. 3 weeks after I sign the documents he tells me that titling was rejected because he put my name incorrectly. I live an hour away from the dealership so not only did I need to waste 2+ hours of my time to go back to sign documents that Kevin made mistakes on, he did not even apologize. I have had the car for almost a month now and still have temporary tags. On the bright side, Kevin the sales representative was very pleasant and did everything he could to help the process. The last part of my issues with the place the car they sold, had bald tires and leaking oil. I did not see this until I made it home and the oil leaked in my garage. The dealership fixed this problem, which Im thankful for, but it was also another 2 hour round trip. I wish I could get reimbursed for the gas I spent for 4 hours of commuting and a free oil change out of this nonsense.
