Purchased an Ioniq 5 from them and its been almost a month with no payoff of my trade in vehicle. Called multiple times to get it resolved and I am basically getting the run around from their staff. On one of my calls someone picked up the phone and hung it up as if they were annoyed a customer was calling with issues. Oh how the tide has turned once the sales half of the deal is completed.

We have sent several complaints over the service of our car that went unanswered. I am extremely disappointed in how you handled communication and service. We brought our car in for service and to check on an error light. The first time they called to get our car they hadnt addressed the service light OR serviced the car. They looked at the wrong service concern for the light and we went 2 days without a car for them to be checking the wrong thing. Once they identified the service light issue they damaged our vehicle. While I get things happen, they did not communicate with us about a timeline for repairs, didnt provide photos the first SEVERAL times we asked, and the service manager Kimberlina would not respond to calls, texts or emails looking for updates. They provided a rental which was not adequate (I have a full size SUV they damaged and they only provided a small compact car). When we finally did pick up the car they had failed to do the oil change we originally brought it in for. Every time we called to get answers we got ignored. Kimberlina was terrible to work with. When we tried to complain to the general manager we never even got a call back. I wound up taking my car to a different dealer for the original oil change. Im beyond disappointed at the service after bringing my last two cars here. We wont be back.

I went there to get my car worked on and Michael was super helpful to me throughout the whole process of my repair. He made it possible for me to have a detailed understanding of what was going on under the hood. They did a great job I would definitely come back.

This place is worthless. I've taken my car here twice now and both times they couldn't figure out the issue and told me nothing is wrong. I guess it was all my imagination that my car was barely able to crawl along on the road. It's pathetic that a Hyundai dealership is less competent fixing Hyundais than the local mechanics nearby.
