Love Google saying I've been somewhere I haven't yet ,, sure I will get some time to visit it soon, but not at the moment. Hopefully I don't disappoint them with three stars.... I can't judge. They havet upset me, but neither have they wowed me to 5 star greatness!! All the best until Google says I've been somewhere again.x

Hi Joanne, can you please advise who you have spoken to as we have no record of an enquiry with your surname on our system. There is another company called Peterborough home improvements which we are in no way connected. We are currently extremely busy so there are delays with estimates but I cannot see anything on our system at all with your surname to follow up.

Phoned this time last week for a quote for blocked paving for driveway, and still waiting. So I am getting it done through someone else! .... Abviously doesn't want the work if customer doesn't warrant a phone call. Bad customer service... Keep looking.... Unrated - not even 1 star!

This is a fabulous company they finished of my garage conversion, which involved plastering 2 walls, extra electric sockets, and boxing in my gas/electric meter. They are clean tidy and courteous and explain everything they are doing, and dont mind questions along the way.

David can you please advise what the enquiry was regarding as i can find no emails but it might have got caught in a spam filter. The guys are flat out at the moment on installs with everybody on site so things are taking a little longer than usual to reply to and if Resin'ing its tricky to answer phone if diverted to one of the installers.
