I honestly have no intentions of coming back here, showed the stylist a picture of about what I was looking for and she said it wouldn't be a problem and proceeded to cut my hair WAY shorter than i wanted. Only giving it a 2 star because she was nice enough and i think she was new.
Im really not one to leave bad reviews but honestly I left really disappointed. After growing out my hair for months I took a step out of my comfort zone been and saw Gents had some great ratings. Booked an any stylist appointment and went in with video/photo of what I wanted. When I get there I showed her the photos/videos asking her if she could do the cut. She said she could and I let her know if not we can just do what I regularly get at great clips. I was in the chair for an hour and a half. She wasnt able to do the cut I wanted.. fine but then she gave me a fade without even letting me know. She called it taking it in and the next thing I knew she gave me skin fade that was too high. I would be giving this 1 star if not for Ben. He took the time to chat with me after the haircut to help me figure out what I should do next.

Currently our system doesnt allow us to book at other locations, but we do our best to get appointments rescheduled as soon as we can when this situation happens. I have gone to this location twice and both times they made a scheduling error. Last week, I arrived for my appointment after driving 50 minutes to get to it, and they said they cancelled the appointment due to an urgent matter and had left me a voicemail. I checked my phone and did not have a missed call or voicemail. They did nothing to help the situation, and were booked for the rest of the week. Completely understand that things come up, but they should notify customers in a timely matter. I live far from this location, and it usually takes an hour to get there. They didn't offer any reason for me to want to come back or reschedule. The least they could do is give us a discount on our next visit due to the hassle of making my way out there, or even check availability at other locations. But when we asked if other locations had openings, they said that we would need to call them ourselves.. Will not be returning.
