John and the other salesman cracked my engine, and refuse to give back my $3,200.00. This caused stress on my job and family. I was unable to pick up my 2 year daughter from daycare. Had asked Co workers for a left in the morning because I'm required to start at 5am. My girlfriend of four had to ask for special accommodation in order to pick up our child. I was treated so poorly as a customer. It resulted in me hiring a lawyer, finally they contacted me so we wouldn't go to court. These men are wicked and bad for the Dorchester community.

Not one to hold grudges, however recent events had me recall when I purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 from Feilds Corner Auto Sales, while this was on July 11th 2018, I was recently reminded by some pictures I came across today of then my trucks frame broke into two peices a mere 4 months later on November 15th 2018. They had filled the rocker panels and cab corners with newspaper and 'Bondo'ed over them, and worse yet tack welded the frame together right where the bed meets the cab on both sides. The passenger side frame rail failed forcing me to scrap the truck, as the junkyard motor they installed needed headgaskets and it would've taken extensive welding to fix the frame, as an 18 year old I was unable to afford these repairs, nor would the truck be worth them. To any rebuttals; I'm aware this was 3 years ago and I sure do hope they've changed their business practices since then, however they do deserve to have their vechiles closely inspected, I advise either binging a trusted mechanic or taking it to one on the test drive - I was in high school at the time and did not know what to look for when spending my savings on a vechile and learned the lesson "Never look at purchasing a vechile in the rain" the hard way. - Being young and dumb I did sign an "AS-IS bill of sale, which should've been a red flag when buying a vechile at a dealership, however left me no recourse.

If you are looking for a dealership with a personal touch, look no further. Will was patient and kind, and willing to answer questions even after the sale was done. His professionalism and knowledge helped me navigate out of a mess of my own making to a very happy ending.

Would avoid them, unless you have a lot of knowledge about automobiles. My 18 yr old son purchased a truck with all the money he had from a friendly salesman. The trucks frame was rotted. Had to junk it after 6 months. I would not recommend them. If I could give them no stars I would. So really sorry I have write this but Im not happy with them at all.
