Hi John, I'm sorry for your experience with us and understand your frustration. Businesses do make mistakes like you said but it's also important how they try to rectify the mistakes. The extra charge was for logo set up which we thought we had discussed prior to embroidery and then refunded that charge for the miscommunication. As for the shirts we replaced all of them with a high end polo brand and had the spelling fixed and sewn by the next morning. Again we're sorry for the mistake and hope you understand we did everything we could to make it up to you. Thanks

I cant say enough how bad this business is. I made it easy, dropped of 5 shirts for embroidery, emailed the logo, they said it would be done within a week. 2 weeks later... no phone calls nothing. I call in just to check and they said they have been meaning to call me so they can ask what colors I wanted for the logo... are you kidding me?! So i give my colors, businesses make mistakes. Receive my shirts a few days later. Few days later I receive them, drive home, shirts have misspelling in various locations and the quality is not what I expected. Not only that, they lied what they charged! Initially they said $60 for the shirts and embroidery. When I looked at the receipt after I got home it says $60 (scratched out) replaced with $90!!! I always write reviews for really good businesses, and really bad businesses - you take the guess what review this is.
